The importance of knowing (and sticking to!) your Training Zones
Inspired by a few posts I’ve seen of late saying…
“Well training zones are fuzzy anyhow, so don’t get too worried about knowing them exactly, or sticking religiously to them”
…here I present a… ah… somewhat different persepective….
Knowing and sticking to your training zones might be THE most important factor in your long-term athletic development….
It’s all about intensity discipline, and intensity discipline begins with knowing the right intensity for you!
